Key Responsibilities- Collect and record patient care data, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements and guidelines for reimbursement.
- Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient histories, researching diagnoses, and selecting appropriate tests and measures.
- Formulate diagnoses, set goals, and develop plans of care based on evaluation results, best practices, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide interventions, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and modalities, to promote functional independence and musculoskeletal health.
- Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software is preferred.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
