About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our company's mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient care data, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements and guidelines for reimbursement.
  • Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient histories, researching diagnoses, and selecting appropriate tests and measures.
  • Formulate diagnoses, set goals, and develop plans of care based on evaluation results, best practices, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide interventions, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and modalities, to promote functional independence and musculoskeletal health.
  • Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
  • Valid CPR license.
  • Experience with EMR software is preferred.
