Position Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and operational standards across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of all areas, including dormitories, communal spaces, restrooms, and other designated locations to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Conduct deep cleaning tasks in assigned zones.
  • Change bed linens and restock supplies in guest areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and manage waste disposal.
  • Sanitize floors, walls, windows, and furnishings to ensure a pristine environment.

  • Identify and apply suitable cleaning agents for various surfaces.
  • Follow universal precautions in handling and disposing of biohazard materials.

  • Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, and redistributing items as necessary.
  • Sort and manage laundry loads efficiently.
  • Collaborate with laundry services to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Keep accurate records and logs in line with established protocols.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques and safety practices.
  • Understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Knowledge of universal safety protocols.
  • Awareness of emergency procedures and infection control standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing over 40 lbs.
