  • Transaction Processing: Monitor and process gas station sales transactions, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and perform custodial duties as needed, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our members.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Monitor and generate reports, perform gas station checklist procedures, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer procedures and equipment maintenance.
  • Customer Safety and Security: Understand and comply with safety and security features of the gas station, including spill bucket and spilled material procedures.
  • Visitor Management: Log all visitors, obtain proper ID, and notify corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
  • Club Policies and Procedures: Maintain all club policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous Gas Station Experience: Previous experience operating a gas station is preferred.
  • Cash Handling: Experience operating a cash register is preferred.
  • Training and Certification: Must be able to complete all required training and certification programs.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor and Outdoor Temperatures: Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Lifting and Bending: May require occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of sitting/standing and some bending.
  • Flammable Liquids and Strong Smells: Occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong smells.
