As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the overall operations of our community, ensuring the physical asset and financial performance meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill leasing, marketing, financial, management, and administrative responsibilities as established by The REMM Group.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret market data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide leadership to the team, promoting resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the community meets operational, financial, and business performance goals.
  • Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
  • Maintain the appearance and physical aspects of the properties to meet Company standards.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discretion, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, independent judgment, and exercise confidence and confidentiality in all areas of performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating with residents on maintenance requests, resident relations, community activities, and other matters.
  • Collect and deposit outstanding monies due to the community in a secure and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software and other property management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and achieve financial goals.
  • Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license required.
