We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our Imaging Team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. As a member of our team, you will perform routine diagnostic sonographic procedures with precision and compassion.
Responsibilities- Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and radiologists regarding findings, patient histories, and test results.
- General Ultrasound experience preferred, with a focus on Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited program for radiographers or ultra-sonographers.
- RDMS Abdomen Specialty or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) certification required within 60 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Ability to perform tasks that require frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
