Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of established loan relationships.
- Foster and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial statements, assess industry risks, and monitor collateral requirements.
- Conduct credit analysis, oversee loan structuring and pricing, and assist with loan presentations.
- Prepare reports on loan performance, including past dues and financial updates.
- Stay informed about financial and market trends affecting the portfolio and analyze their potential impact.
- Collaborate with bankers on new and existing loan requests and various special projects.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, relationship management, underwriting, or credit analysis.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in various loan types, credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, policies, and regulations.
- Strong credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, and adherence to policy.
- Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
