We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager/Director in our Lancaster, NH location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading a team of nursing professionals, and ensuring the overall success of our nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned nursing unit.
  • Ensure that patient care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing units.
  • Manage human resources in assigned units, including limiting overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.

Qualifications
