Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg/Peds department at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Nevada
- Associate Degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous Med/Surg experience preferred
- American Heart Association certifications: BLS within 60 days of hire, ACLS within 90 days of hire
