Agricultural Worker

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Seasonal Agricultural Workers for our 2024 production season. As a key member of our harvest team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of our crops.

• Harvest and process crops, including peas and corn, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of farm equipment.
• Collect and process crop samples for quality control.
• Dispatch trucks and schedules loads to ensure timely processing.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license for any position involving the use/operation of company equipment.
• Farm equipment driving experience is preferred for Harvest Operators, but not required.
