Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Sodus Rehab & Nursing Center. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

* Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for residents

* Provide skilled restorative therapy and maintenance programs to residents

* Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

* Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Current unencumbered MA license as a Physical Therapy Assistant

* Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy

* Geriatric experience preferred

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
