Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a yard truck to move trailers and other equipment around the yard
  • Position trailers for efficient loading and unloading
  • Perform daily safety checks on the yard truck and report any issues to management
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trailers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard
  • Communicate with other yard personnel and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a yard truck or similar equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • CDL driver license & Non-CDL
Working Conditions

The Yard Driver will primarily work outdoors in all weather conditions. The job may require working weekends and holidays as needed.
