Fitness Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to assist with the operations of our Wellness Center. This role involves providing support for group fitness classes, memberships, and member relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with group fitness classes and membership management
• Provide basic fitness information and support member engagement
• Facilitate member relations and communicate effectively
• Support wellness department activities and events as needed

Requirements:

• Possess a passion for fitness and people skills
• No prior experience required, but must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills required for daily operations

Work Environment:

This is a flexible hour position, available Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Our team at Windom Area Health is committed to providing high-quality care and services to our community.

Salary Range:$14.69 - $19.09 per hour
