Cooks Pest Control is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company vehicle to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments and provide service updates.
- Mix and load products into company vehicles, adhering to safety protocols.
- Administer treatments, install preventative products, and service bait/termite stations to ensure effective pest control.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct home inspections to identify pest/termite problems and recommend solutions.
- Visit customers to resolve complaints or service issues.
- Prospect for new business leads to grow our customer base.
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings, as required.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and driving record check.
- Adherence to Cook's Grooming policy, including tattoo coverage, hair length, and piercing restrictions.
- Company-provided vehicle and gas card for business use.
- Competitive starting pay ($18/hour) with earnings potential up to $65,000/year.
