Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Contract Type: Long Term Contract

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring 18 to 20 years of extensive experience in SAP TM-Analytics, SAP EWM Integration, SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering, SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement, and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. A solid understanding of Order to Cash Order Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting is essential for this role, which is pivotal in steering our strategic objectives and ensuring cohesive integration across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions with customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT teams to define key design decisions and business process flows.
  • Analyze and document requirements, delivering optimal solutions to meet customer needs while standardizing and harmonizing current processes.
  • Design innovative solution extensions, contribute to the solution roadmap, and assist in the creation of comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Engage in technology integration discussions and contribute to resolving related challenges.
  • Ensure accountability for meeting established deliverables and deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA best practices with proven experience in implementing SAP within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as GMP, Export compliance, and DG Compliance for transportation and distribution.
  • Proficiency in conducting solution demonstrations and presentations for customers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing the SAP TM module, including inbound and outbound transportation, multi-modal and intermodal freight, capacity management, and fleet planning.
  • Expertise in integration with Order to Cash, Procurement, and EWM is critical.
  • Experience working with Decentralized TM and familiarity with S/4HANA embedded TM is desirable.
  • Strong background in Blueprint design and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at setting, managing, and meeting expectations with SMEs and stakeholders.
