Key Responsibilities- Receive and process deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized meat department.
- Weigh, price, and label products with precision and accuracy.
- Stock and rotate products to ensure maximum freshness and availability.
- Prepare valued-added products to meet customer demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure seamless store operations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
- Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
- Job cycles: continual maximum.
- Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
- Category IV: Lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
- Max pull static: 20 lbs.
