Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Donation Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our donors, maintaining a clean and organized donation area, and handling transactions with accuracy.

• Presents a professional appearance and maintains a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Greets donors and offers assistance as needed.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized donation area.
• Responsible for all operations and security matters while on duty.
• Receives and receipts all donated material, ensuring email addresses are obtained from donors when possible.
• Safeguards donated materials and assigned equipment.
• Tracks donations according to center policy.
• Courteously advises donors of unacceptable materials and heavy materials pickup services.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads SA trucks according to center policy.
• Supports production processes as needed.

• Must be available for a flexible schedule.
