About the Job:

Lund is seeking a Residential Clinician to join our team. As a clinician, you will work in a residential treatment setting providing comprehensive therapeutic clinical support to parents with mental health and substance use disorders. This includes individual treatment, therapeutic groups, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.

This is a full-time position, and we offer support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision. The salary for this position is $27.50 per hour for non-licensed individuals and $33.70 per hour for licensed professionals.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling is required. Licensure in mental health or substance abuse counseling is preferred.
  • Experience with family-centered practice is a plus, and solid assessment, documentation, and narrative writing skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work well independently yet collaboratively in residential treatment and child welfare settings with a multi-disciplinary team.
