Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across four main departments during scheduled shifts.
- Lead and communicate effectively with team members regarding daily objectives and expectations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to address technical challenges.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and proactively resolve potential operational disruptions to ensure seamless production.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a similar role at Crystal Creamery or a comparable food production facility.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn company-specific software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations, and experience in SQF environments.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator, able to remain calm under pressure, and capable of making and articulating decisions clearly.
