Fabrication Specialist

Fabrication Specialist sought for a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and quality are paramount. Located in Levittown, PA, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 to $80,000 annually.

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Floworks International LLC. As a member of our fabrication department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of high-quality fabrications. Your expertise in production line management, planning, and scheduling will be instrumental in maintaining our production efficiency and delivering exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing open fabrication orders for planning and scheduling purposes
• Ensuring consistent execution of all on-site training and certification commitments
• Performing calculations and measurements involved in fabrication and welding
• Interpreting measurements, cutting, and welding parts and materials according to design drawings
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations
• Conducting quality control on fabrications and adhering to all quality standards

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2-3 years' experience in production line management, including woodworking, glass fabrication, plastic manufacturing, metal fabrication, and sheet metal cutting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read metric and standard dimensions
• Knowledge and comfort with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
