We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Crew Leader to join our team at American Multi-Cinema, Inc. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading our crew to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Deliver superior service to our guests, ensuring a friendly, clean, and quick overall satisfaction experience.
  • Crew Leadership: Lead and motivate our crew to achieve our business objectives, including optimizing crew placement, assigning breaks and jobs, and reinforcing our Wardrobe 101 Standards.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, theatre clean up, and inventory management, ensuring our theatres are always clean and well-stocked.
  • Training and Development: Train and support our crew to execute Safe and Clean protocols, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our guests, crew, and management team to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Age: 16 or older (location-specific age requirements may apply)
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend on a frequent basis, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
