Medical Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a Registrar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate registration of patients, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting patient liability amounts.
Key Responsibilities- Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information, including demographic and insurance details.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
- Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
- Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments and services.
- Process patient charts according to established productivity standards.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
