Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team in Bellefontaine, OH. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow their share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as digital awareness and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a matrix management environment, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong prospecting and selling skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
