Job Title: Busser AM

At New Castle Hotels, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser AM to join our hospitality team. As a Busser AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants and bars are clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests promptly, assist with serving and clearing tables, and engage in polite conversation when time allows.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Keep assigned areas clean and safe, including restaurants, bars, service areas, and equipment. Report any non-functioning equipment to management immediately.
  • Follow Safety and Security Protocols: Adhere to hotel safety and security policies, as well as OSHA guidelines, and report any issues to maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey and comprehend information and ideas in English.
  • Training and Experience: Alcohol service training and customer service training preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work long hours, mostly on your feet, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
