Electronic Trading Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of a low-latency electronic trading platform for interest rate swaps, US treasuries, and futures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance trading applications using Java and modern technologies
  • Collaborate with trading, quantitative, compliance, and risk teams to deliver new trading capabilities and services
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
  • Maintain and improve code quality using static and dynamic code analyses, security vulnerability scans, and CI/CD pipeline gating
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise development with Java
  • Experience designing and supporting low-latency, high-throughput trading applications
  • Extensive experience with asynchronous, event-driven programming and concurrency
  • Knowledge of Spring, Apache Camel, and REST API
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with low-latency electronic trading solutions for US treasuries, futures, or swaps
  • Experience integrating proprietary components with ION, TradeWeb, or Bloomberg
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets and derivatives pricing and valuation
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $160k-$240k, and a discretionary bonus. Our hybrid working program allows for varying opportunities for remote work depending on the nature of the role and local laws and regulatory obligations.
