Job Title: Mechanical Planner

Job Summary:
Green Humanity Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling routine, preventative, predictive, and outage-related maintenance activities to maximize labor efficiency in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize safety in all work order planning.
• Develop written maintenance plans that clearly communicate work scope and maximize productivity.
• Arrange for necessary materials, parts, and tools before scheduling work.
• Coordinate maintenance planning activities and ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.
• Act as a liaison among departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Plan and coordinate contractor support and assign personnel for contract work.
• Develop detailed job plans for repairs, alterations, and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare and update weekly work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Manage the backlog of maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain the workflow process (work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and auditing).
• Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including plant support and training.
• Generate PM data and required reports for monitoring performance.
• Maintain equipment manuals, BOMs, and job plan database.

Requirements:
• Two (2) years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment or four (4) years of combined relevant education, planning, and technical experience.
• Knowledge of CFR 1910, OSHA, company policies, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with computers and CMMS programs (eMaint preferred).
• Strong understanding of process controls and computer systems.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees.
• Willingness to work in hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environments.
• Strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Willingness to work around moving equipment and machinery.
• Consistent, safe, and successful performance of essential job functions in accordance with ADA and other standards.
