Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process member transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide member service by answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
