Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sheetmetal Worksite Supervisor to oversee the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal parts and materials at our construction sites.

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on construction sites and managing teams in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting and specifying sheet metal materials based on product requirements
  • SUPERVISING craft workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Interpreting company policies and enforcing safety regulations
  • Establishing and adjusting work schedules according to equipment availability, material supplies, and personnel capabilities
  • Analyzing and resolving work problems efficiently
  • Coodinating project activities with other trades
Requirements
  • Prior experience working on construction sites and/or managing teams in the field
  • Relevant work experience in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and repair
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Ability to perform all welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Preferred: Welding certification D1.1 minimum
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
