We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post Cardiac Cath team at Raleigh General Hospital. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team with expertise and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Lead and mentor staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
