Job Summary
The Physician Empire is seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to join our team at a teaching hospital in southeastern Massachusetts. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will work four clinical days per week, with one day dedicated to surgery and labor floor duties, and one administrative day. Our nocturnist laborists are on site during weeknights to provide support.
Practice Details
- 50% OB and 50% GYN caseload, with the option to specialize
- Base salary for two years, followed by wRVU-based compensation with production and quality incentives
- MGMA competitive salary and sign-on bonus, with relocation bonus available if applicable
- 1500 deliveries per year
Our Team
The OB-GYN team at the Physician Empire is comprised of 9 experienced physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 2 nocturnist laborists, working together with a team of nurse midwives. We provide outpatient OB-GYN care at six locations throughout southeastern Massachusetts, with 24/7 in-house support from pediatric anesthesiologists and a pediatric hospitalist.
