Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist Lead at AdventHealth, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supervising all aspects of Respiratory Therapy. You will ensure the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times, adhering to current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. Your strong relationships with physicians and other referral sources will be crucial in ensuring compliance with established pulmonary programs. You will maintain open and ongoing communications with your leader to ensure patient, staff, and facility needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining ongoing clinical competence, requiring regular clinical practice and taking patient assignments as situations warrant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient care plans and provide clinical services to all patients, regardless of age, race, or sex
* Oversee respiratory participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
* Develop strong relationships with physicians and other referral sources to ensure compliance with established pulmonary programs
* Maintain open and ongoing communications with your leader to ensure patient, staff, and facility needs are met
* Maintain ongoing clinical competence, requiring regular clinical practice and taking patient assignments as situations warrant
