We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiopulmonary Unit team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
