Minimum Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited nursing program and possession of a current Nursing License in the relevant state, along with active BLS certification.

• A minimum of eighteen (18) months to two (2) years of recent clinical experience in your specialty area.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collegial relationships with colleagues and therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Critical thinking abilities essential for fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
• Attention to detail and the ability to concentrate while delivering professional nursing care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• A personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and compassion, with the ability to inspire and motivate others in alignment with the mission and values of Trinity Health.
• Ability to complete orientation and training, with various scheduling options available.
• Additional facility-specific requirements may be requested.
Trinity Health FirstChoice offers competitive compensation based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend determined accordingly.
