We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at El Pollo Loco. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature menu items to the highest standards.

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer demands.
• Develop and maintain expertise in grilling and cooking techniques, contributing to the success of our menu offerings.

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented kitchen setting, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
