Job Summary

The Miami Dolphins are seeking a Health and Safety Event Day Staff member to provide exceptional health and safety services for guests and staff during events at Hard Rock Stadium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of guest and staff areas to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and record incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental plans, and work with internal departments to create a safe and healthy environment.
  • Enforce workplace safety programs and train staff on proper procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Report any property or equipment damage, and maintain a working knowledge of Hard Rock Stadium operations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a minimum of 80% of all Hard Rock Stadium events, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma required; OSHA training preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
  • Able to solve problems with a positive attitude and sound attention to detail, and adapt to changing situations.
