Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Catapult, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will also be responsible for coordinating project tasks and resources, monitoring project progress, and addressing potential issues early on.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project tasks and resources to keep everything on track.
Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues early on.
Organize and lead project meetings, including cross-functional team collaborations.
Prepare and share status reports with key stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration

Serve as the go-to contact for project communication between teams, clients, and partners.
Keep detailed project documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and meeting notes.
Act as a liaison between project teams and external/internal departments.

Administrative Support

Manage essential project admin tasks, including document control and data entry.
Assist with preparing presentations and materials for project updates.
Track and process invoices and payments related to projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, Associates Degree in related field, OR diploma PLUS strong related experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, ideally within the construction or similar industry.
Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
