Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affairs Associate to join our Corporate Management team at Hankook & Company. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and plant site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the plant management team in achieving organizational effectiveness by providing administrative support and managing routine company services.
  • Organize and maintain meetings, appointments, business trips, and flights for the team.
  • Manage supplies inventory and ordering, ensuring employee welfare and maintaining a well-stocked office.
  • Maintain office equipment and machines, including water purifiers, coffee makers, and other essential items.
  • Provide backup for reception functions, including greeting visitors, processing ID badges, and preparing conference rooms.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as inventorying, ordering, organizing, cleaning, and scheduling for badges, uniforms, and safety shoes.
  • Receive and distribute delivered mail and packages to the plant site.
  • Ensure the office and plant building are clean and well-maintained, working with the janitorial service vendor as needed.
  • Support administrative building requirements, such as maintenance requests and building audits.
  • Assist business travelers and support event planning.
  • Communicate with vendors related to general affairs.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties, including SAP and internal reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, reading, and writing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all areas.
  • Strong social interaction skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Multilingual Korean and English skills a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • This role operates primarily in a plant site environment.
  • Physical work, including janitorial, cleaning, and item washing, is required regularly.
  • Appropriate safety precautions must be taken when working in the production area.
