About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO roadmap to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct thorough site audits and provide recommendations for on-site and off-site SEO opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and implement larger SEO initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on keyword opportunities to enhance our SEO strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and report on SEO strategies.
  • Lead a small content team to develop and distribute content to drive discovery and engagement.
  • Monitor and track reporting on SEO efforts and use data to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven success in scaling enterprise SEO.
  • 2+ years of experience leading SEO teams.
  • Deep experience in on-site, off-site, and technical SEO.
  • Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Botify, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Empathy and a "searcher-first perspective" on organic search.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership, thinking strategically, and delivering organic growth in a fast-paced environment.
