Machine Learning Engineer for Content Commerce

About the Role
This role is part of our Data-E-commerce-Global Supply Chain team, which is dedicated to enhancing clients' shopping experience and reducing operational costs in the supply chain of TikTok E-commerce by developing end-to-end algorithm capabilities using machine learning, computer vision, multimodal, operations research, data mining, and causal inference methods.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to optimize e-commerce supply chain processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into the e-commerce platform.
3. Analyze and optimize existing machine learning models to improve their performance and efficiency.
Requirements
1. Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with excellent programming skills and proficiency in C/C++/Python.
2. Familiar with model training frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, understanding of mixed precision training, distributed training, TensorRT deployment, etc.
3. In-depth research in a specific area of computer vision/multimodality, strong practical skills, priority given to those who have published papers in related competitions and top academic conferences.
4. Preference candidates with experience in e-commerce or multimodal/AIGC, including image and video understanding, generation, etc.
5. Good learning ability, excellent communication skills, strong responsibility, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
The estimated salary for this role is around $130,000 per year.
