About the Role

As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care as part of our post-acute team
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and tracking their health concerns
  • Performing intakes, documenting medical histories, and reviewing patient records
  • Administering medications safely and effectively
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role
