Hungry Howie's Distributing, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Class A Truck Operator who prioritizes safety and professionalism while delivering products to our locations. As a vital representative of our brand, exceptional customer service is a key component of your role. Your responsibilities will include safely navigating a tractor-trailer in confined areas and manually unloading products at our stores using a handcart and ramp. Overnight travel may be required 1 to 2 nights each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Load and unload products using a handcart on delivery ramps.
  • Promptly report any defects, accidents, or traffic violations to management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DOT standards.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a clean and valid CDL-A license.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly for unloading purposes.
  • Experience in food delivery is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year or 100,000 miles of driving experience.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
