Bakery Operations Manager


The Broad Porch Coffee - Luray Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pastry production, inventory management, and team supervision.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute daily pastry production, ensuring high-quality products and efficient use of resources
  • Manage bakery inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supervise and train baking staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement menu changes and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:



  • Minimum three years of production baking experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of pastry production, including recipes, ingredients, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
