About the Role:

Fusion Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing and developing modern, service-oriented concepts for residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality care and support concepts that meet the needs of our residents and employees.
  • Train, develop, mentor, and motivate your nursing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Ensure efficient care structures and processes are in place to support the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Create and monitor a needs-based work schedule to ensure the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
  • Closely support and promote trainees and students to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and empathetic, motivating communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, solution-oriented mindset, and enjoyment of process optimization.
  • Customer service orientation and willingness to work.
  • Qualification as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI or a completed nursing science degree.
  • Ideal experience in managing a nursing home.
