Salary: We offer a highly competitive salary package with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 or more, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary, additional financial incentives for extra shifts, and a signing bonus of $25,000 for pilots who attain the Single Pilot IFR credential.

Job Description: As a Rotorcraft Pilot at Geisinger Life Flight, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flight assignments related to the conveyance of patients in need of emergency services. Your role will involve planning flight assignments, obtaining briefing information, conducting start-of-shift briefings, ensuring aircraft preparation, supervising loading and distribution of cargo and passengers, and completing post-flight debriefings.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A valid FAA commercial pilot's license with an instrument rating
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• 2000 hours of total time as a pilot, or 1500 hours with an ATP rating
• 1500 hours of helicopter time, including 1000 hours of Pilot-in-Command time
• 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time, with at least 50 hours in actual flight
• 500 hours of Cross-Country flying, and 100 hours of night flight time
