We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Barista to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a computerized cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a computerized cash register to record sales and process transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash handling area and surrounding areas
- Reconcile cash and register documentation at the end of each shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Basic math skills and ability to perform arithmetic calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
