Medical Specimen Collector

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collecting blood specimens for laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Enter patient information into our database accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with our laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate test results
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
