Content Strategist

Nibble is a fast-growing short-form content agency in Austin, TX, specializing in creating engaging assets for leading consumer brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Our content often gets repurposed into ads on Meta, driving results for our clients.

We're seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our team and help us produce high-quality content at scale. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing our content pipeline, distributing ideas and inspiration, and implementing best practices across all submitted content from creators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve content pipeline (100 videos per week)
• Distribute creative ideas and inspiration
• Establish and maintain SOPs and best practices for content creation
• Stay up-to-date on trending formats, audios, and memes
• Maintain a strong knowledge of internet culture and virality
• Understand organic performance criteria (retention, share rate, thumb stop rate)
• Help develop creative briefs for clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in DTC Organic Social + Paid Media
• Critical thinking and unique ideas
• Ambitious and results-driven
• Constant learner and consumer of media
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
