Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg / Telemetry and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous acute care experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
