Your role is integral to our comprehensive building management program, which aims to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the supervisor, clients, and other trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient maintenance with seamless coordination of services.


Perform detailed finishing tasks including:

application of paint (using roller, brush, and spray techniques), vinyl wallpaper restoration, staining, and the application of various finishes to enhance and protect interior surfaces.

Prepare and finish walls and surface areas, restore damaged wood and metal doors, and execute finisher-related tasks utilizing both hand and power tools.

Document procedures and completed work accurately and promptly.

Maintain proper care, upkeep, and safe usage of equipment and supplies, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and safe.

Guarantee that all finishing services comply with legal specifications, building codes, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.

Plan and coordinate workflow with other trades, serving as a resource regarding building systems.
