Server Associate

Perkins Restaurants is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Take verbal drink and meal orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve high-quality food, checking orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform side work during downtime, including rolling silverware and restocking condiments.
• Execute the service cycle, ensuring seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate and address any issues or concerns, providing solutions and support.
• Communicate with managers and colleagues regarding product/service deficiencies and safety concerns.

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service, taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthiness and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
