Job Description

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the healthcare continuum in diverse settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care based on assessment and plan of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

The following qualifications are required:

  • RN licensure in Ohio.
  • BLS certification.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Work Environment:

This is a night shift position with a scheduled 36 hours per week. The Medical Unit 3 department is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential.
